The Children’s Summer Art Camp offers children the opportunity to explore and engage in various interactive art and movement experiences. This year’s theme, Mindfulness: Creating Tools for Mindfulness by Encouraging Creativity and Reflection, will offer a number of opportunities for children to connect the creative links between and music, nature, and art. Classes will be taught by local instructors and also include opportunity for mindfulness exercises. Two-hour classes will take place beginning at 10AM-12PM, followed by a lunch break 12-12:30PM (children should bring their own lunches); and with a second class taking place 12:30-2:30PM. The day will end by 3:00PM. Classes are $25 each or a special rate of $45 for the day (save $5 with this option). All supplies will be provided. Pre-registration for each day of classes is required.
