Join fiber artist Sue Miller for an afternoon of creativity, learning the ancient art of coiled basket weaving. This is a guided, hands-on, beginner friendly class where you’ll learn the basic technique of coiled basket making. You will learn a new skill and have a colorful 3-4" mini basket to take home or gift during the holidays! Once you learn the basics, there’s no telling what you’ll make next. Choose from two available dates: November 15th, 12-2:30 pm or December 13th, 12pm-2:30pm. Early registration strongly encouraged for material planning purposes. All tools and materials will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own yarn if they have specific color preferences. All skill levels welcome! Recommended ages 11 & up.
